However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information, and we reserve the right to update or modify content without prior notice.

3. Pricing & VAT

Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and other applicable taxes. Final charges, including shipping costs, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. It is your responsibility to comply with any applicable local regulations, including customs clearance and tax declarations.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. We work exclusively with trusted international carriers (e.g. DHL) to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country:

• Europe: approx. 2 business days
• International: approx. 3 business days

Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the order and are displayed during checkout. Please, note that we do not ship to Greece.

6. Returns & Complaints

Due to the nature of medical products, we do not accept returns unless items are damaged or incorrect. All complaints or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team at info@supplyderma.com with full details and photographic evidence.
