Welcome to Supplyderma. By accessing and using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

 

1. Company Information

SupplyDerma is operated by Altius IKE/ Supplyderma, registered at Semelis 5, 11528, Athens, Greece and with VAT number 801870042. We are an online platform dedicated to providing premium medical aesthetic products to licensed healthcare professionals and authorized clinics worldwide.

 

2. Product Information

2.1 Product Descriptions

All Products listed on SupplyDerma are intended for professional use only. While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and technical details are accurate and current, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

2.2 Professional Use Only

All Products must be used strictly according to manufacturer guidelines and by trained, licensed professionals only. The Customer warrants that they possess the necessary qualifications, licenses, and training required to purchase, handle, and administer the Products.

2.3 Product Availability

Although we endeavor to maintain adequate stock levels, we cannot guarantee that all Products displayed will be available at all times. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability, we will either:

  • Offer an equivalent Product in terms of quality and price, which you may accept or reject, or
  • Notify you that we cannot fulfill the order

If you reject our alternative offer or we cannot fulfill the order, and payment has already been received, we will refund the purchase price for the unavailable Product(s). This constitutes our sole liability for unavailability.

 

3. Pricing & VAT

3. 1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in [Currency] and are exclusive of:

  • Value Added Tax (VAT)
  • Customs duties and import taxes
  • Shipping and handling costs
  • Any other applicable local taxes or charges

The total price, including shipping costs, will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location and order specifications. The customer is responsible to comply with any applicable local regulations, including customs clearance and tax declarations.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment for all Products must be made in full prior to order processing and shipment. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
  • Bank transfer
3. 3 Payment Security

Payment security is ensured through our payment service providers. All credit card transactions are subject to validation and fraud prevention checks. We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if fraud is suspected.

3.4 VAT Requirements

Business with EU-based customers requires a valid VAT number. Customers must provide accurate VAT information during registration. We reserve the right to verify VAT numbers and suspend accounts with invalid information.

 

4. Order Processing & Shipping

4.1 Order Placement

Customers may place orders 24 hours a day through our website. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the Products at the prices indicated.

4.2 Order Acknowledgment

After an order is placed, you will receive an automatic email acknowledgment containing an order overview. This acknowledgment is for informational purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of your order or confirmation of Product availability.

4.3 Order Confirmation

A binding contract between you and SupplyDerma is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email containing:

  • Shipment notification
  • Invoice
  • Tracking information

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, subject to Product availability and verification of your account details. Products in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. Products will be dispatched according to the availability status displayed on each product page, ranging from 1-3 business days for items marked “Available Now” to confirmed dispatch times for items “Available Upon Request”.

4.4 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may only be cancelled before the order confirmation email is sent. Once the order confirmation has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

4.5 Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • Fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected
  • Customer information cannot be verified
  • Customer fails to meet eligibility requirements
4.6 Shipping times

We do not ship to Greece. Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain countries or regions based on regulatory requirements.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country:

  • Europe: approx. 2 business days
  • International: approx. 3 business days

Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the order and are displayed during checkout.

4.7 Delivery failures

If you refuse delivery without valid reason or fail to accept delivery when reasonably possible, you will not be entitled to a refund and may be liable for return shipping costs.

 

5. Returns & Complaints

5.1 Product & delivery acceptance

You must inspect all Products immediately upon delivery. Any defects, damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

5.2 Complaints

All complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include:

  • Order number and date
  • Full description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence showing the defect or damage (including damaged packaging)
  • Any relevant documentation

Our customer support team will review your complaint within 1-2 business days and inform you on the outcome.

5.3 Returns

If our customer support team has deemed the products eligible for return, you will be notified

Returned Products must:

  • Be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition
  • Include all original packaging and documentation
  • Not have been used, altered, or tampered with
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice

Opened, used, damaged, or altered Products will not be eligible for refund.

5.4 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned Products:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take up to 20 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider
5.5 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling costs
  • Wholesale orders of large quantities ordered specifically for a Customer
  • Products prohibited from return by manufacturer or regulatory requirements

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, images, text, graphics, product information, and software, is the property of SupplyDerma, our licensors, or partners, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

SupplyDerma is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of products purchased through this platform, especially when used improperly or by non-qualified individuals. Products must be used strictly according to manufacturer guidelines and by trained professionals only.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our platform shall be resolved by the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

 

9. Updates to Terms

SupplyDerma reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
