Who can place an order on Supplyderma?
Supplyderma serves exclusively licensed medical professionals and clinics worldwide. However, we do not sell within Greece.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. Create a free account by providing all the required information here. Our team will review the information provided within 1-3 business days and will approve your team or ask for additional documentation
What information will I need to provide?
Medical or professional qualifications will be required in order to approve your account as well as a valid VAT (for EU customers) or equivalent Tax/Company registration number for customers outside the EU.
EU customers are encouraged to verify that their VAT is eligible for cross-border transactions using the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation .
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order is required. You can purchase as few or as many units as you need.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment is available either via credit/debit card through our secure payment gateway or via bank transfer. More information can be found here.

Yes. All products on Supplyderma are 100% authentic and certified, sourced exclusively from official manufacturers and authorized distributors.
Are products stored properly?
All products are stored in temperature-controlled facilities following manufacturer specifications and GDP guidelines.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We ship orders worldwide using trusted carriers like DHL. Delivery times are typically:
- 2-3 working days within Europe
- Up to 5 working days to other international destinations
Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately and dispatched within 24 hours on working days.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide, except Greece. If you’re unsure about your location, contact us to confirm. Please note that you will are responsible for taxes and customs duties if placed outside the EU.
How do you ship temperature-sensitive products?
Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain cold chain integrity.
Can I track my order?

My package is held in customs—what should I do?
Contact your local customs office. As the importer, you’re responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance. We can provide supporting documentation such as CE certificates if needed. Refunds cannot be issued for seized products.
